Rarely available for sale, and on the want lists of many small size collectors, the $10 late finished plate #87 is one of the keys to the $10 Silver Certificates. We can't recall the last time we even saw one of these for sale. The Oakes-Schwartz valuation of $1,000 seems low for this rare note.
