"The Rising States" is the motto seen on this gorgeous piece of Colonial Currency. It is wonderfully signed, boldly printed with great body to the paper. Crisp as the day it was printed. Newman lists this at $500 in XF with no higher grade given which makes sense as the few nice CU pieces that have reached the market in recent years realized four-figure prices. A really special piece that should grace only the finest of collections.
