NC-176. "The Rising States" emblem is seen at the lower left. Rarely are notes from this issue seen with such hulking margins as this and the note is very well signed and printed as well. There are a couple of corner folds that barely infringe upon the design. Otherwise, this would have been a four-figure Gem.
