A much better number with Jeffries and Spinner signatures hand-signed instead of with the usual facsimile signatures. Three broad margins and an average fourth validate the Very Ch. CU grade. Recently a PMG 64 with mounting stains sold for over $400. This is a variety that is rarely encountered as a Gem.
