An exceptionally well-signed example of this Boston bank that was chartered in 1898 and which issued Brown Backs, Date Backs and Third Charter Plain Backs, although virtually all known examples are from the Second Charter types. There is little to dislike about this Beantown note that wields superior margins and centering.
