Top Pop at both grading services by leaps and bounds. A light off-center vertical fold is all that keeps this piece from grading immortality. It is fresh and bright with embossing easily discernible through the holder. The only other piece that is even close in grade was sold roughly a decade ago. First raw at $3,220 and then again in a PCGS Apparent XF 40 holder. The Green Sheet for this note is $2,900 in AU and we strongly suspect that is a conservative outlook.
