A more challenging Maine bank which bears a woman's signature as cashier, a position she claimed in 1920. Very bright and fresh with blazing ink colors and incredible printing contrast. There aren't too many large size auction appearances on this charter with the only recent $5 Plain Back sold by us two years ago at our Memphis sale. That note was VF/XF and it ended up at about $750.
