Haxby 365-G78. An early Reed Proof with statehouse vignette at center. Black and white and printed on India paper only. Well embossed and with ample margins, giving the eye appeal one would want in a proof note. Not too many of these become available and this odd denomination $3 note should be welcomed with open arms by the winning bidder.
