When this note originally sold as part of the illustrious Midnight Ride collection it realized $373.75. Any serious Colonial Currency collector knows that a note with margins this full on all four sides is virtually always considered a Gem since these came so tightly trimmed on at least oone side. Be that as it may, the market for notes of this era has advanced rapidly over the past 2-3 years and we would expect a far greater realization. Newman pegs this at $750 in Choice CU with no higher grade given.
