The San Francisco district is one of the scarcer notes for this series and denomination and is very infrequently seen in the UNC grades. This lovely note faces up like a Very Choice CU note with broad margins, bright paper and excellent color. PCGS obviously saw something to account for the grade but we cannot see it through the plastic.
