In fifty years I have not seen a no monogram straight edge note with gargantuan margins like this on all sides. It is printed on the bright yellow paper that you would expect and the impression of the inks into the paper is nothing short of astounding. If you plan on bidding on this as if it were a typical "64" then you won't even make it out of the starting gate.
