Pen cancelled . Ninety-eight percent of the notes from this issue are cancelled with the quarter-sized hole in the middle. Very few examples were ever actually pen cancelled and are actually quite scarce as such. A terrific Ch. CU note with a trace of handling on one of the corners. Signed on the back by Thomas Walley. A lovely note that should be very well-received.
