PCGS Fine 12
The census stands at a whopping six small size entries, with three of those being examples with mismatched charter numbers. Aside from those errors, the only other Type 2 note that has sold in recent years was a VF that we sold for over $3,500 back in a very weak 2009 market. This is an evenly circulated Fine that is well deserving of its third-party grade. A Hanover County bank that was the sole note issuer in town. We will be shocked if this does not fall into our estimate range which we consider to be quite reasonable and accurate.
