Fully signed and issued and found in this state of preservation is simply a marvel. Your cataloger has seen many of these notes fully signed and they are virtually always seen in the Fine to AU grade range, but cannot recall ever seeing one that was uncirculated and a Gem at that. With typical Gems bringing a few hundred dollars for the common remainders, you can expect this Jonathan Arnold endorsed note to bring two or three times that amount.
