Blue seal with Millstone on Palm Tree. Five bold signatures and above-average margins are seen on this much scarcer denomination Georgia Colonial. PCGS has noted minor restorations and paper toning, neither of which are particularly distracting. The Newman sale from a couple of months ago had an inferior PCGS Apparent VF 30 transcend the $1,000 barrier.
