Many of these Indian Chief $20 replacements were stapled at the left which is why the pinholes, minor rust comments are so prevalent for this type. Many of the examples we encounter are in the Fine/VF grade range, with a solid XF note actually representing a dramatic step up in quality. The Green Sheet lists this at $650 in XF.
