This note is printed on white paper, which is much scarcer than the typically seen blue paper. The note is also uncancelled. Uncancelled notes from this small change issue are actually quite scarce. A vast majority of uncancelled notes are on blue paper; so when you have a white paper, uncancelled note this is actually quite a rare treat.
