PCGS notes that there are a couple of small edge tears which is true. They also state there are minor stains, which are indeed minor and are primarily confined to the back of the note. Much like any well-run political campaign we have gotten the bad news behind us and can focus on the positives. The Fine grade appears to be very conservative as this note faces up all day long like a pleasing Very Fine. It is bright, boldly printed and has retained solid signatures and serial number. The real key to this note is that it is 100% fully framed, a fact which makes it a rarity in and of itself since these always come with trimmed margins. With problem-free VFs selling in the thousands it would not surprise us to see this note realize a healthy four-figure price.
