The classic Educational type that is one of the most revered in all of paper money collecting. There are a couple of repairs to edge splits that seem to account for the grade. Otherwise, it would not surprise us to see this note reemerge before long in an Apparent VF holder of some sort. With VG/Fine notes pushing to upper hundreds of dollars it is a pretty sure bet that this note waltzes handsomely into four-figure territory.
