A very scarce fractional denomination note from this much tougher 1770 Maryland issue. PCGS notes multiple repaired splits and pinholes but this is not surprising. The signatures remain bold and the paper is crisp. We can hardly find any other auction records for this denomination which testifies to its rarity.
