While hardly a scarce bank, it should be noted that the $5 denomination for this charter is far more common. A handful of $10 Brown Backs are listed in the census with this being just about the highest graded one. Huge margins and great centering add tremendously to the eye appeal of this piece. Utterly original and crackling fresh with the lack of a 'PPQ' designation as great a mystery as Hoffa's whereabouts. We last sold this same note a half dozen years ago for almost $1,100, a realization that should be equaled or exceeded in today's robust Nationals market.
