Signed by Ben Jacobs. Once believed to be a Jewish signer of Continental Currency but that theory has been debunked in recent years. His signature is still one that is avidly collected by that segment of the collecting community that concerns itself with such nuances. A wonderfully printed example that has been trimmed a little tight on a couple of sides but not really into the design. AU Fugio Fractional notes routinely sail by the $1,000 mark and this one will too. Trimmed.
