With a miniscule printing of just over half a million, the St. Louis district is one of the scarcest for this numbered district series. We are slightly perplexed by the grade since the margins are great, the centering nearly perfect and the embossing and paper surfaces utterly original. We strongly suspect this will not sell for typical Ch. CU money.
