A bright Third Charter note on the Hawkeye state with large margins on all sides. Listed in the census as CU but there is a diagonal corner fold which keeps the Gem grade out of reach. Only two others are listed in the census as CU. We have recently seen VF notes on this bank sell for a few hundred.
