We aren't sure that we have ever seen margins on a note like this that were so broad as to show the full plate #10 in the lower right corner. The technical grade is likely accurate but it gives the appearance of a note about 20 points better. This will not sell anywhere near what a typical VF 35 would sell for nor should it; eye appeal sells notes and this one has it in spades.
