If you created one of these Third Charter notes in your lab (which is illegal by the way) you could not come up with anything that would be more beautiful than this note. Behemoth margins are seen at every turn, embossing piled as high as the Himalayas, and spectacularly bold signatures. A single center fold keeps this note from grading immortality. As it lays, it will likely test the four-figure threshold.
