Grade: PCGS VG 8 Apparent
Unique mistake; although subtle enough to be overlooked initially, closer inspection reveals a blunder of the highest order. The "8" in the Charter number at right is inverted. Truly off the fascination meter. A note for the national banknote aficionado as well as the error collector. Bit of paper clip rust on back does not adversely affect this trophy. PCGS notes: paperclip rust stains.
