This Grand County town is a very hotly-collected location with VF being a really strong grade compared to most of the 20 or so survivors. PMG does note there are pinholes. Well margined and very attractive for the grade, it should be avidly sought after once the bidding opens. It's been a while since I've checked a map but am pretty sure that the surrounding Utah towns are not Edom and Ammon.
