The key to this scarcer star series and, even for the '66 EPQ' grade, quite a lovely example that looks like some sort of Superb Gem. The margins are huge on all sides with perfect centering in every direction. The paper quality is as good as it gets and the color and brightness are exactly what one would expect if the note were just off the presses.
