One of the two fiber paper Fessenden varieties that are much scarcer with the solid surcharges. These notes were much more brittle and cracked easily as evidenced by the splits, tears, repairs mentioned on the PCGS label. A really pretty example for the grade as it clearly faces up as an XF or better note. Always in demand because so many collectors need this number to fill in their sets.
