$20 1990 G Chicago G-E Double Error: Faulty Alignment and Offset
Grade: PCGS Ch. New 63 Apparent.
A bona fide double error as the two mistakes each originated from separate causes. There is a hard upward and right shift of the back printing such that part of the design is missing. Also, there is a light but legible offset of the face printing on the back, especially apparent in the huge white bottom margin. PCGS notes: Ink stain in bottom margin.
