Lot #923 - NJ-176 18 Pence March 25, 1776

Choice New John Hart Note

Colonial Currency > New Jersey

NJ-176 18 Pence March 25, 1776
Grade: PCGS Apparent Ch. New 63     PCGS
PCGS does correctly note that there is some mounting damage and repair on the back although it is primarily confined to the upper portion of the note. From the face this is an absolutely stunning example of this common issue with great depth of printing and good centering lending well to its visual impact. All of the signatures are strong including the normally weaker signature of John Hart, a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
Current Bid: $ 750.00

Estimate: ($ 1,250.00 - $ 2,500.00)
