This is a very interesting Black Eagle note. It is bright and fresh with plentiful margins and great centering. The ink colors are superb and every aspect of the embossing is fully punched through. This is one of the nicest Ch. New birds we have ever seen and we are pretty sure it will bring well beyond typical Ch. New money.
