With a meager printing of only 1834, this highest denomination note from this tougher issue is quite difficult to obtain. Virtually all of the examples we see are troubled VG/Fine notes with numerous problems. Few if any display the detail of this wonderful note. PCGS notes some restorations and mounting damage on the back but the signatures remain quite bold and the color is superb. Newman values this at triple the common lower denominations; $750 in VF with no higher grade given.
