Dark green seal. Nearly Top Pop with only a 64 EPQ at either service having reached any CU grade level. But for a light center fold, this deeply embossed and eminently fresh New York star would have achieved a far better grade. That PMG 64 EPQ note sold for $2,350 in 2014.
