Grade:
PCGS Apparent VG 10
Only 500 of this denomination were printed with Newman giving the value at $700 in Very Good and $1,000 in Fine. This note certainly faces up as Fine or better with PCGS noting edge splits. These are simply the typical center fold splits that are found on almost all of these early circulated New Jersey notes. These rarely come up for sale and this is likely one of the nicest examples extant.
