A very well margined example of this scarcer and more desirable fiber paper Friedberg number that should prove pleasing with many Fractional collectors. The note has faded surcharges according to PMG but it is just that the two right surcharges have lightened in color. Green Sheet ask is $675 which seems about right for a high grade example.
