The census shows a couple of CU examples and then this note is about next in line in terms of quality. A Queens institution that we sold back in February 2003. Low serial number 3 makes this a very desirable item and the paper surfaces are sublime with excellent signatures and great centering. In recent years we have seen F/VF examples broaching the four figure mark, a fact that should make this beauty worthy of multiples of that amount.
