Low serial #32. A much scarcer lower denomination note from this tough Ben Franklin issue. Most of the notes that we encounter are actually the 50 Shilling and 5 Pound high denomination notes. PCGS notes there are splits, tape repair, minor paper pulls and adhesive remnants on face.
