Grade: PMG Ch. UNC 64 EPQ
PF-26 with "T" to the left of the Hoer vignette. Printed on paper with the "CSA" block watermark and a trio of Jackson, MS interest-paid stamps seen on the back. If this is only a "64" then it must be at the top end for the grade. Any CU example of the "T" left of Hoer type is not an easy find.
