Top Pop. PMG has graded five examples with this late finished back plate #204 and this one is king of the world. Back plate #204 sat in the vault for a decade and didn't come out until 1944. The correct size for that time would have been a micro plate number instead of the macro size number that we find. This note is a small size specialist's dream and we are pretty sure there will be a few dreamers in the crowd.
