This is one of the few examples we can find a record for that used this much scarcer early title that was changed in 1930. Blue Earth is a better Minnesota note and the evocative town name has made it a perennial favorite with collectors of national bank notes. It is still a very bright and colorful note that appears to have the detail of a Very Fine piece but with some moderate yet acceptable soiling. This same note sold for roughly $1000 a decade ago.
