I can find no records of any $10 Blue Seals with this sort of quality. This note is graded 'AU 55' and I cannot find a flaw through the holder to understand why it is not UNC. It's gorgeous, it's the best of the denomination and it's among the finest known from the state. Excellent stamped signature and amazing color. The top margin is too tight for a Gem.
