This is a real stunner of a star note as it is very scarce and rarely ever comes with any grade to it. After six years in business, PCGS has graded only two New York stars from this issue; this one and one graded VF 25. Both of these grades are effectively the same but it should be noted that this example looks fully VF/XF through the holder.
