A very pretty and high grade example of this much scarcer Second Charter Date Back type. There are four listed for the entire bank, only two of which are $5 notes. PCGS notes slightly faded overprint, and a small paper pull on the back. A really pretty piece that should sail toward the $1,000 barrier.
