The census on this much scarcer fiber paper Fractional stands somewhere in the teens. Virtually all of these have some type of damage as they were brittle and cracked very easily. There are some small internal and edge splits and tape repairs. Nonetheless a very appealing note that is much scarcer than the Fr. 1299 with no position indicator. In our summer sale, we just sold a PCGS Apparent XF 45 for over $2,000.
