A very pretty Red Seal on Kansas City that has excellent signatures and great color. Only five examples are in the census for all denominations of Red Seals. PMG notes there are stains which is bordering upon the absurd because it is nothing more than some quarter panel soiling on the back of this VF note. Stains.
