This dark green seal, non-mule St. Louis star is quite a scarce item. It happens to be a Top Pop note by virtue of the fact it is the only example listed in the PCGS Population Report at the present time. Through the holder this appears to be a bright and colorful Ch. CU note without any folds visible. A prize for the avid small-size collector that is certain to bring very strong money once the hammer falls.
