Grade: PCGS Apparent Very Ch. New 64
Cross-cut cancel. Gigantic margins and stunning visual impact are both character traits of this Lucy Pickens note. PCGS notes a small repaired edge tear at top but we can't really see it. Through the holder this looks like a Gem to me. A typical '64' graded note would be worth around $400 and we see this one heading in that direction.
