PCGS notes a couple of small edge splits which are seen at the top and bottom of the center fold. Aside from that, four bold signatures remain with a definite green seal rarity. Repeater serial #9696 doesn't hurt the case for wanting to own this note. Newman values this at $5,250 in XF with no higher grade given.
